ABOUT US

The Jiangsu Business Council of Canada is non-partisan, not-for-profit organization that aims to promote trade and investment between Canada and China.

We believe that building strong links at the regional level is the key to a fruitful trade relationship between our two countries. That’s why we have embarked on a mission to deepen the relations between the economic engines of Canada – British Columbia and Ontario – with Jiangsu province, the economic gateway to China. 

Our recent initiatives include:
– facilitating the direct flight service between Vancouver and Nanjing;
– hosting the 2015 BC-Jiangsu Trade & Investment Forum in Nanjing; and
– organizing the Honourable Teresa Wat’s 2015 trade mission to Nanjing, Jiangsu, which led to the signing of two MOUs between the Jiangsu and BC government.
